VDI Support

Overview

Amazon Connect includes support for offloading of audio streams to local host device, whilst keeping the User Interface within the VDI environment.

Specific support is available from Citrix, Amazon Workspace and Omnissa.

These are supported in CX by adding ?vdi= followed by one of CITRIX, AWS_WORKSPACE or OMNISSA to the CX URL upon initial load.
