Open CRM Integration
It is possible to embed CX within any web-based line-of-business application.
To iframe CX into a CRM, you will need to:
- iframe with the appropriate size, suitable for your CRM screen layout etc
- ensure that your application's URL is white-listed within Amazon Connect
