Requesting Outreach Access

Outreach is an add-on product that must be enabled for your organisation before anyone can use it. This guide explains how to request, monitor, and cancel Outreach access.

Who Can Request Access

Only Org Admins can request Outreach access. Other roles (Campaigner, Operations) will see a landing page prompting them to contact their Org Admin.

How to Request Access

  1. Log in to the Admin app as an Org Admin.
  2. Navigate to Outreach in the sidebar.
  3. The Outreach product landing page displays when no active subscription exists.
  4. Click Request Access.
  5. Your request is automatically submitted to the NeonNow team for review.

The landing page updates to show a "Requested" state, indicating the request is in progress.

What Happens Next

After you submit the request:

  1. The NeonNow team reviews your request and sets up your Outreach subscription.
  2. Once approved and activated, the Outreach landing page automatically updates to show the full Outreach interface.
  3. You can then proceed to configure your delivery channels in Settings.
info

There is no action required from you between requesting and activation. If the request is taking longer than expected, contact your account representative or NeonNow support.
