Email campaigns are powered by SendGrid. Email configuration is a two-step process: first save a valid SendGrid API key, then verify at least one sender email address. Both steps must be completed before campaigners can fully create and run email campaigns.

Verified domains and sender email addresses are required before email campaigns can be fully created and run. They control who your emails appear to come from and ensure deliverability through proper authentication.
