Delivery and Statuses

Common questions about message delivery, statuses, retries, and exports.

What Does "Assumed Delivered" Mean?

For SMS campaigns, if a message has been in a "Sent" status for more than 10 minutes without a delivery confirmation, it is automatically marked as Assumed Delivered. This happens because not all carriers report final delivery status. If a confirmation arrives later, the status is updated.

What Does "Retrying" Mean for Email?

When an email is temporarily deferred by the recipient's mail server, it enters a Retrying state. The delivery provider automatically retries delivery until it either succeeds or permanently fails.

Can I Retry Failed Messages?

Yes. Failed messages can be retried individually or in bulk from the campaign's messages view. Retries are only available when no other campaign of the same type is currently running. Messages that failed because the recipient opted out cannot be retried. See Monitoring and Messages for details.

How Do I Export Campaign Results?

From the campaign detail view, click the Export button. You can export all messages or just the currently filtered set. The export includes recipient information, message statuses, failure reasons, and custom field values.
