What Roles Can Use Outreach?

Org Admins and Campaigners can access Outreach. Org Admins can configure settings and manage campaigns. Campaigners can create and manage campaigns but cannot access settings. Operations users do not have access to Outreach. See Roles and Permissions for a full breakdown.

How Do I Add a Campaigner User?

Org Admins can assign the Campaigner role to users from the user management area of the Admin app.

Can a Campaigner Access Settings?

No. Campaigners cannot view or modify Outreach settings, including API keys, domains, or senders. Only Org Admins have access to the Settings page.
