How Do I Get Outreach Enabled for My Organisation?
An Org Admin must navigate to Outreach in the sidebar and click Request Access on the product landing page. The NeonNow team will review and activate your subscription. See Requesting Access for the full process.
I'm a Campaigner and I Can't See Outreach: What Do I Do?
If Outreach has not been enabled for your organisation yet, Campaigners see a message prompting them to contact their Org Admin. Only Org Admins can request Outreach access. Ask your Org Admin to submit a request.
I Requested Access but It Hasn't Been Activated Yet
There is no action required from you after submitting the request. The NeonNow team reviews and activates subscriptions. If it has been longer than expected, contact your account representative or NeonNow support.
Can I Cancel an Outreach Access Request?
Yes. While the request is still pending, the Org Admin can click Cancel Request on the Outreach landing page to withdraw the request.
Why Can't My Campaigners Create Campaigns?
At least one delivery channel must be configured before campaigns can be created. If SMS is not configured, the SMS option is disabled in the campaign wizard. If the SendGrid API key is not saved, the Email option is disabled. See the Admin Overview for the full configuration requirements and their impact on campaigners.
