Email templates in Outreach define the content, layout, sender identity, and attachments for email campaigns. The template editor is a multi-tab interface within the campaign wizard's Template step.

📄️ Importing and Exporting Templates
Email templates can be exported to a file and imported back into Outreach. This is useful for backing up templates, sharing them between campaigns, or restoring a previous version.
📄️ Sender Settings
Sender settings control the visible sender identity and reply handling for email campaigns. This information is the first thing recipients see and is a key driver of successful open rates.
📄️ Test Data and Variables
Test data allows you to populate variables in your template. It is used to preview dynamic content and see how personalised values will appear in your email before sending.
📄️ Attachments
Attachments allow you to include supporting files with your email campaign message. These files are sent to every recipient and are limited to a combined total size of 20 MB per template.
